Welcome to the website of Paul Fox. Paul been practicing yoga for 29 years, has trained over 200 yoga teachers, pioneered yoga in the NHS and is co-author of Yoga on Prescription. Paul runs Yoga on Prescription classes live on Zoom 9-10am on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 6-7pm on Wednesday evenings. Classes cost £5 and can be booked by cutting and pasting this link:

About Paul
Paul Fox is the CEO of the Yoga In Healthcare Alliance charity and co-author of Yoga on Prescription with Heather Mason. Paul delivers NHS-accredited yoga programmes to NHS patients and staff, and offers 1-1 and group classes in Ely, Cambridgeshire, or via Zoom. He is a former BBC Radio 4 journalist, has trained over 200 people to become yoga teachers, and is also author of Yoga Quest. In 2024 Paul was received the Our Health Heroes Healthcare Volunteer of the Year Silver Award, presented by Skills for Health and NHS England. He is Yoga Ambassador for the Personalised Care Institute.
